目的 :探讨新的凋亡基因survivin蛋白在前列腺癌 (PCa)的表达及其与肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系。　方法 :采用免疫组化SP法和DNA原位未端标记TUNEL法分别测定 4 2例PCa组织及 10正常前列腺 (NP)组织中survivin蛋白的表达和细胞凋亡。　结果 :survivin蛋白在PCa中的阳性表达为 80 .5 9% ,与病理分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而NP中无阳性表达 ;PCa组织及NP组织中细胞凋亡指数 (AI)分别为 3.0 3± 1.33、1.0 7± 0 .77,其差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;survivin蛋白的表达与细胞AI呈负相关 (r=- 0 .6 79,P <0 .0 0 1)。　结论 :survivin蛋白的异常表达而引起的细胞凋亡抑制 ,在PCa的发生、发展中起一定的作用 ;联合检测survivin蛋白和AI,有助于对肿瘤细胞的分化程度作出正确评价 ,以指导临床治疗及估计预后
