摘要：

<正>血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)是一个调节中枢神经系统内环境的细胞屏障,维持脑内离子、激素和递质等动态平衡。由脑毛细血管内皮细胞及细胞间紧密连接、星形胶质细胞终足、基膜和周皮细胞共同组成的一个细胞复合体。近年来,许多研究都是针对内皮细胞及其紧密连接,而对星形胶质细胞和周皮细胞研究相对较少,并且二者在BBB中的作用尚不清楚,本文就此方面的研究进展进行综述。
