严重烧伤并发多脏器功能衰竭

摘要：

70年代以来,不少外科学者注意到,在严重创伤以后,在历时长、范围广、创伤大的手术以后,在大面积严重烧伤以后,或在严重的全身感染时,可能出现二个以上的脏器功能衰竭。目前大多数学者把这种并发症称为多系统脏器衰竭(multiple systems organfailure)。本文回顾了我科近10年来发生这种并发症的严重烧伤病例,进行总结分析,以期加深认识。
