摘要：

通过对蚌埠三所医院150例肺部感染患者和南京儿童医院110例小儿肺部感染者的监测、用血清学方法,结合临床表现确诊军团菌感染17例。其发生率在成人肺部感染中占11.00%,小儿肺部感染中为5.45%。儿童军团菌感染表现为单种(型)所致,在成人病例中则表现为多种(型)感染,而且半数病例有较严重的慢性肺部疾病。
