科学发展观与新文化观

This paper is to cast a new perspective on the issue of culture development in modern China.Based on the New Concept of Development that has been working on since 2002 by CCP,the paper tries to define three tasks as the main content of the strategy of culture development in modern China:(1)to serve the economic and social development as the soft power;(2)to develop modern culture industry as a powerful economic unit;(3)to re-build the public culture service system under the background of economic reform.
