摘要：

长期保存是科学数据管理工作的重要环节,为开放科学发展奠定资源基础。荷兰数据归档和网络服务中心(DANS)是荷兰国家科学数据管理机构,其科学数据长期保存工作处于国际领先地位。文章通过调研其长期保存实践,总结出外部保障机制、整体运行机制、业务支撑机制及风险防控机制四方面的成功经验。将这些经验与我国科学数据管理现状相结合,提出规范与赋能共存、分布与集中协同、"点"与"面"交织、跟踪与验证同行等方面的启示。
