秦皇岛扇贝养殖区褐潮暴发期浮游微藻群落结构特点研究

摘要
从2009年开始秦皇岛附近海域连年暴发大规模褐潮,对当地的扇贝养殖业造成了很大破坏。本研究用构建克隆文库和实时荧光定量PCR的方法对2012年6月褐潮暴发期内秦皇岛附近海域扇贝养殖区微藻群落结构和多样性进行研究,分析微藻种群结构在空间上的变化以及褐潮暴发与环境变量之间的关系。结果发现,抑食金球藻(Aureococcus anophagefferens)确为该种褐潮的原因种;不同站点群落组成和环境因子之间的多变量冗余分析(Multivariate Redundancy Analysis,RDA)表明,硝酸盐浓度降低、适宜的温度和pH条件以及该海域水产养殖活动的增加可能是造成该海域微藻群落结构变化的主要原因。
