自然铜对家兔骨折后骨痂中胶原、钙、磷等的影响

摘要：

家兔二前肢造成标准骨折后,分成喂自然铜药物组和对照组、测定不同愈合时期的骨痂的有机物(包括胶原)和无机物(包括钙、磷)。用药组骨痂的不溶性胶原均高于对照组,其中骨折后5、10、15天二组有显著差别(P<0.05)。骨折20天内,用药组的无机物高于对照组,且二组的钙、磷均有显著差别(P<0.05～0.001)。由于自然铜药液能加快骨痂的胶原合成和促进钙、磷沉积,故自然铜有加速骨折愈合作用。
