红细胞免疫分子在艾滋病病毒感染中的作用机理研究进展

摘要
近年来,随着HIV-1病毒感染的发病机制研究的不断深入,有关红细胞(尤其是红细胞表面免疫分子)在HIV-1感染过程中发挥的作用逐渐被人们所认识。本文作者主要综述了红细胞表面免疫分子在HIV-1感染中的作用:红细胞趋化因子受体可作为HIV-1感染靶细胞的储存槽;补体受体CR1能够黏附并传递病毒;膜糖脂促进HIV-1病毒与靶细胞受体蛋白融合。了解红细胞免疫分子在HIV-1感染中的作用机制,对进一步深入研究HIV-1感染的发病机理和治疗新策略具有重要意义。
