摘要：

随着互联网技术的迅速发展,接触和使用互联网的儿童越来越多,儿童缺乏自我保护意识,他们的个人信息和隐私保护成为人们关注的重点。本文对比分析中美两国儿童网络隐私保护状况,美国2000年实施了《儿童网络隐私保护法》,2013年国会对该法案进行了修订。美国联邦贸易委员会对违反该法的网络商进行处罚,美国各大网站相应设置了保护儿童政策。中国目前没有针对儿童网络隐私保护进行专门立法予以保护,网站在保护儿童网络隐私方面缺乏适当政策。
