摘要：

企业孵化器在加速科技成果转化,扶持高新技术中小企业,促进区域经济发展等方面发挥着巨大作用,已引起越来越多学者的关注。综述了国外企业孵化器研究状况,分别从孵化器的分类、提供的服务、效果的评价、入驻企业筛选以及在孵企业间关系等方面进行了介绍。最后指出了现有研究的不足,并分析了未来研究的方向。
