抗血小板药物治疗反应多样性临床检测和处理的中国专家建议

<正>血小板的黏附、活化和聚集在急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndromes,ACS)及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的病理生理过程中起重要作用。阿司匹林和P2Y12受体抑制剂(如氯吡格雷)作为两类最常用的抗血小板药物,是目前ACS和(或)PCI术后预防血栓事件的基石。研究发现,个体对抗血小板治疗的反应性差异与血栓、出血等不良事件显著相关。通过血小
