理想血压、正常高值血压和高血压与血尿酸相关性探讨

摘要：

目的探讨理想血压、正常高值血压和高血压与血尿酸的相关性。方法以理想血压、正常高值血压和高血压患者为研究对象,检测其血清尿酸水平。对检测结果进行比较和分析。结果正常高值血压组的血尿酸水平显著高于理想血压组,而显著低于高血压组。正常高值血压组的高尿酸血症患者发病率显著高于理想血压组,而显著低于高血压组。血压与尿酸相关性分析显示:血尿酸与收缩压、舒张压均呈正相关。结论血尿酸升高是高血压的一个独立危险因子。
