摘要
秀丽隐杆线虫在药物和靶蛋白筛选方面越来越受到药物学家的重视,已形成了较为完善的药物筛选技术平台。本文以新药的发现为目标,介绍线虫作为新药筛选模型的特点、研究现状及该模型在新药发现中的应用。
