金属烤瓷冠的瓷边缘技术

摘要：

目的　探索优于传统金属烤瓷冠边缘的修复体边缘。方法　使用瓷边缘代替传统的烤瓷边缘制作修复体 43例。临床牙体制备边缘瓷肩台 ,在模型上使用专用液直接提起法制作带有瓷边缘的修复体。结果　患者对修复体的美观非常满意。在 3个月到半年的随访中 ,除 1例出现严重炎症外 ,患者对修复体满意 ;牙龈亦未出现明显异常。结论　用瓷边缘代替传统金属烤瓷冠边缘 ,是一种较为理想的前牙修复技术
