摘要
该文对西方组织信任修复的理论和实证研究成果进行了梳理,重点介绍了信任修复的双边模型、多层次模型、归因模型以及组织层面的信任修复模型,并对信任修复的实证研究成果和方法做出总结。该文强调被信方、情绪、情境在未来研究中的重要性。
