平衡针灸治疗原发性高血压的大样本研究

摘要：

目的观察针刺降压穴治疗高血压病的降压疗效,以及对高血压伴发症状的缓解作用,为临床提供一安全有效、操作简便、适宜推广的治疗方法。方法针刺降压穴治疗高血压患者,每日1次,观察每次针刺前和针刺30 min后,及第7、14天的血压,以及头晕、头痛、心悸等高血压引起症状改善变化。结果总有效率为96.0%。在首次治疗前和末次治疗后在收缩压、舒张压、心率、脉搏方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其高血压引起的头晕、头痛、心悸等症状亦有改善。结论降压穴是治疗高血压的有效穴位,能降低血压并改善患者症状。
