癌症病人参与治疗、护理决策的现状研究

摘要：

目的　描述癌症病人参与治疗、护理决策的态度及程度。方法　问卷调查法。结果　被调查者中5 2 .4 %～78.6 %的病人认为参与治疗决策很重要;4 1.7%～76 .7%的病人认为参与护理决策很重要;38.8%～6 1.2 %的病人认为从没有参与治疗决策;4 4 .7%～5 8.3%的病人认为他们某种程度的参与了护理决策。癌症病人参与治疗决策的程度低于参与治疗决策的态度(P <0 .0 0 0 1) ;癌症病人参与护理决策的程度低于参与护理决策的态度(P <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论　医生和护士应该提供更多的机会给愿意参与治疗、护理决策的癌症病人。
