数字新闻学的情感转向:迈向新的研究议程

本文以新闻学研究的"情感转向"为核心,围绕着这一核心,学者们已经在情感介入新闻生产、新闻文本和受众参与等领域内取得了丰硕的成果。在新闻生产层面,情感始终在新闻生产的过程之中发挥作用,它作为核心要素形塑着新闻叙事与呈现的策略;但是,冷峻独立的客观性理念始终要求新闻记者隐匿新闻生产中的情感劳动。在新闻文本层面,即使传统的严肃新闻也必然受到情感的影响。在受众参与层面,倘若新闻内容与受众自身密切相关,受众会更易被唤醒情感并采取行动。数字平台和社交媒体的可供性显著地提升了情感的重要性。立足于此,普通民众日益提升的参与机会有助于我们反思新闻受众和新闻生产者之间的二元对立关系,并进一步推动着多种情感表达形式的产生。
