<正>炎症性肠病的复杂性与难治性炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的循证医学资料显示,随着新型药物、新型治疗目标和优化方案的倡用,使IBD的多项临床指标,如治疗缓解率、黏膜愈合率、住院率、手术率、并发症率、激素撤停率等,都有明显改善[1],从而在一定程度上提高了患者生活质量。但是,由于病程迁延反复,长期的随访观察发现疗效并不尽人意,尤以顽固性克罗恩病(Crohn Disease,CD)及其并发症为然。IBD
