摘要：

目的:了解正常妇女阴道需氧菌群的构成。方法:对北京地区872例健康体检妇女进行阴道需氧菌群培养,对菌群的构成进行分析。结果:①阴道感染患者的阴道菌群培养的阳性率高于正常妇女(P<0.05),而年龄对菌群培养的阳性率无明显影响;②北京地区正常妇女阴道主要需氧菌群为草绿色链球菌、类白喉棒状杆菌,念珠菌、粪肠球菌和表皮葡萄球菌;③在月经周期的不同时段,阴道需氧菌群的构成亦不相同。结论:了解阴道正常菌群的构成情况将有助于促进阴道感染的临床治疗及研究。
