劳动者技能错配的研究进展及启示

摘要：

面对日益激烈的全球化竞争和快速变化的技术革新,劳动者的工作和技能是否匹配非常关键,具有重要的经济意义。同时,劳动力的技能错配问题也是当前学术界的一个新兴话题。梳理2000年以来的有关技能错配的实证研究文献,首先归纳了技能错配的测量方法、发生率水平和成因;其次,总结了技能错配对个人在劳动力市场上的表现的影响和转变机制,发现在职培训和非正式学习对于改善技能错配具有重要作用;最后,提出未来的研究方向和对我国职业教育发展的启示。
