<正>心房纤颤(房颤)导致血栓栓塞的发生率为3%～8%,其中以脑卒中的临床危害最为严重,对患者的生活质量影响最为显著。Wolf等[1]研究显示,非瓣膜性房颤患者脑卒中的发生风险较无房颤患者升高5～6倍;而且随着年龄增长,脑卒中与房颤的关系愈加密切,80～89岁的高龄人群中,房
