摘要
基质效应是质谱分析中影响分析方法灵敏度和准确度等的关键因素。本文综述了液相色谱质谱分析中基质效应的来源、产生机理、影响因素等方面的研究进展,并对柱后注射法和萃取后添加法两种目前常用的基质效应评估方法进行了比较,展望了未来基质效应研究的主要方向。
