<正>自1987年支架置入术应用于经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutanenous coronary intervention,PCI)领域以来,成功解决了单纯PTCA术的急性血管弹性回缩导致再狭窄的问题,但金属裸支架(bare-metal stents,BMS)仍然有约30%的再狭窄率,而药物洗脱支架,特别是雷帕霉素和紫杉醇药物支架的出现,将再狭窄率进一步降至10%以内,随后关于DES与支架内血栓的临床研究显示:雷帕霉素和紫杉醇作
