邻避研究的中国图景:划界、向度与展望

摘要：

近年来,随着城市化快速发展及公民环境正义意识增强,致使邻避运动频发,引起学界广泛关注。目前中国大陆学界的"邻避"研究还处于起步阶段,其研究可概括为三个向度,包括侧重于邻避属性、邻避设施及邻避运动概念阐述的本体论向度;侧重于邻避运动定性、肇因诠释、治理逻辑的认识论向度;侧重于邻避研究方法的方法论向度。在此基础上,形成了公共政策、政府管理、风险管理、城市规划等多个研究热点。但大陆学界的"邻避"研究还存在"镜面逻辑"、"质类不均"、"局域关怀"、"偏重研究"等局限。未来的邻避研究,需要进行"视角续扩"、"反教条化"等研究突破。
