<正>脑梗死急性期溶栓治疗的主要目的是挽救缺血半暗带(ischemic penumbra,IP),近年来MRI逐渐成为判定IP的主要手段。IP最早定义为不可逆脑组织损伤,周围电生理活动消失,但自身离子平衡尚维持的区域。此区域脑组织处于膜衰竭与电衰竭之间,具有可逆性及可变性,被认为"可以
