摘要
糖尿病性周围神经病(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的神经系统并发症,发病机制尚未完全明了,治疗以针对发病机制的病因治疗和对症治疗为主。但随着对发病机制认识的不断加深,出现了一些新的治疗方法,针对不同发病机制进行综合性治疗可能是未来的研究方向。文章就DPN的常用治疗方法及其新进展进行综述。
