花青素抑制肥胖作用机制研究进展

摘要
肥胖已经成为四大慢性疾病之一,越来越成为公共卫生的一大难点问题。随着"植物化学物"成为研究热点,花青素抑制肥胖慢慢被学术界广为研究和探讨。从抑制脂肪细胞的炎症反应、抑制前脂肪细胞增殖与分化、调节脂肪细胞调控酶、影响脂肪细胞及其调控酶基因表达4个方面对目前花青素抑制肥胖作用机制进行了归纳,并对其机制发展方向和趋势进行了总结,旨在为富含花青素的农副产品开发成抑制肥胖的功能性产品提供理论依据。
