摘要：

血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)包括血管性非痴呆认知功能障碍、血管性痴呆(VaD)以及伴有血管因素的阿尔茨海默病。这种理解扩大了VaD的范围,有利于认知功能障碍的早期诊断,从而为痴呆的预防提供了可能。本文从概念、分类、流行病学、病因、危险因素、神经影像学、神经病理学、诊断及治疗方面对最近几年VCI的研究进展进行综述。
