过氧化氢参与了脱落酸调控的拟南芥根形态发育

摘要
脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)可以抑制拟南芥根的伸长生长和促进根毛的发育,但其中的信号转导机制仍不清楚.本研究利用拟南芥野生型和突变体为实验材料,研究发现过氧化氢(hydrogen peroxide,H2O2)对野生型根生长的影响与ABA类似;而抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid,ASA)可逆转ABA对野生型根生长的抑制效应;在拟南芥NADPH氧化酶缺失突变体atrbohF和atrbohC中ABA的这种作用丧失.激光共聚焦和实时定量RT-PCR分析表明,ABA可以诱导拟南芥根细胞H2O2的产生,并可增强H2O2相关基因OXI1的表达.本研究结果初步表明,H2O2作为一种重要的信号分子参与了ABA调节根生长发育的信号转导过程.
