<正>传染性单核细胞增多症(infectious mononucleosis,IM)主要见于儿童和青少年,是Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)感染所致的一种急性传染性疾病。EBV是导致IM的病原体,世界上90%以上的成年人体内携带EBV[1]。在儿童中,EBV感染具有地域差异。亚洲和其他发展中国家,90%5～9岁的儿童感染了EBV,其中绝大部分在1岁前感染;在西方国家,5～9岁的儿童中只有50%左右感染,其感染年龄向后推迟[2]。IM
