中国老年人的被动吸烟状况与其健康风险——基于个人生命历程的视角

我国老年人被动吸烟不但普遍,而且持续期长,乃至贯穿其生命周期的各阶段。文章基于个人生命历程的视角,根据中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)20112012年数据的多元统计分析发现,来自家里、社会场合、儿童以及年轻/中年时的被动吸烟都显著增大老年人精神压抑的风险,来自现在家里的被动吸烟有损于老年人的自评健康等级。同时,儿童时、年轻/中年时与社会场合的被动吸烟大大增加老年人日常活动受限的风险,年轻/中年时和社会场合的被动吸烟还提高老年人患慢性病的发生比。社会场合被动吸烟与非吸烟者认知功能正相关则可能是认知功能对社会场合活动选择性的体现。上述影响集中表现在被动吸烟有无的"门槛"效应上,而"剂量-反应"效应并不明显。
