摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种病因不明的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,其发生与遗传、地域、环境、饮食习惯等多种因素相关。近年来,随着社会经济的不断发展,UC的发病率也呈逐年上升趋势,且研究发现,UC可能参与了结直肠癌的发生及发展,因此,有效防治UC尤为重要。本文中,笔者将UC的流行病学特征予以综述,以期为UC的防治提供线索。
