中药三白草地上部位的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

摘要：

目的研究三白草地上部分的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱层析分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从三白草地上部分分离得到8个化合物,分别为里卡灵A(Ⅰ)、里卡灵B(Ⅱ)、三白草酮(Ⅲ)、内消旋二氢愈疮木酯酸(Ⅳ)、三白草内酰胺(Ⅴ)、马兜铃内酰胺AⅡ(Ⅵ)、棕榈酸(Ⅶ)、二十七烷酸(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
