摘要：

从技术许可的报酬理论和策略性行为理论两个角度出发,基于理论和实证两分法,将众多的文献在不对称性信息的框架内进行了梳理,这样的安排,可以将诸如技术许可双方的状况、技术本身的特点、技术产品的差异化程度等因素对技术许可的影响机理清晰地展示出来。
