农村环境可持续发展的实证分析:以农户有机垃圾还田为例

摘要：

传统的有机垃圾还田有利于农村生态环境保护,而这一模式正随经济发展而逐渐削弱。为研究农户对有机垃圾的处置现状及其影响因素,2008年笔者对全国5省份2020个农户进行抽样调查,并对农户有机垃圾还田的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,目前我国农村有机垃圾的还田比例较低(占15%)。随着农村经济水平的提高、交通条件和垃圾处理服务的改善以及部分农户由种植业向非种植业的转移,农村有机垃圾还田比例还将持续下降,因此制定激励机制来提高有机垃圾利用率是一种可持续发展策略。
