<正>头痛是神经科门诊常见的症状及就诊原因,其中原发性头痛又占头痛就诊病人的一半以上[1]。头痛严重发作时可影响正常的生活和工作,甚至导致功能残疾[2]。但各类头痛病因复杂,目前尚无长期有效治疗手段。一般在急性期给予镇静剂、非甾体抗炎药、麦角胺制剂及钙通道阻滞剂等进行治疗,但治疗效果不佳,头痛常反复发作。由于长期受到头痛困扰,病人多有不良情绪,其中以睡眠障碍、焦虑抑郁症状为多见。不良心理状态又加重头痛症
