摘要
核因子-κB(NF-κB)是一种重要的核转录因子,NF-κB信号转导通路主要包括NF-κB、NF-κB抑制蛋白(IκB)和IκB激酶(IKK),其介导的炎症反应成为近年来有关胰岛素抵抗机制研究的热点。文章就NF-κB信号转导通路及其与胰岛素抵抗关系的研究进展进行综述。
