摘要：

IT采纳后个体使用行为的研究成为近年国外学者探讨的热点。明确了个体员工IT使用的概念内涵,归纳出员工IT使用的6种主要行为,并依据Cooper和Zmud的IT实施阶段模型对6种使用行为进行了分类与特征分析,基于能力提升的视角,提出并探讨了企业员工IT使用行为演化模式,以期能为国内现代企业提升员工IT使用水平与IT能力提供参考。
