The various debates of socio-politico-ethical problems on nanotechnology mainly confined to instrumentalism and social constructivism,without taking phenomenological considerations as their basis,and thus leave themselves out of nanotechnology.Seen from phenomenology-ethics,nanotechnological development is at the hermeneutic level of human-technology-world.Although these nanoimages such as "IBM","atomic scene","quantum rail",etc.,are not the real revelation of nanoworld,but they indicate epistemologically that natotechnology domain is open to explanation of its multi-intentions.So on the basis of nanoimages,through hermeneutic relation,we may develop some socio-politico-ethical dialogues of the alterative relations of human-technology-world,and so make nanotechnology ethically developing well.
