重复经颅磁刺激治疗急性脑梗死后抑郁的临床研究

摘要
目的观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)后抑郁的疗效和安全性。方法分析116例ACI后抑郁患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组患者接受常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用rTMS治疗,连续治疗14d,记录两组患者日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、临床疗效和不良反应等。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者在ADL评分、SDS评分、HAMD评分以及临床疗效上均有所好转,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。不良反应中仅观察组患者出现2例口干乏力,休息后好转。结论 rTMS治疗ACI后抑郁是有效且相对安全。
