摘要：

提出了新型科技研发组织网络能力与资源整合概念,阐述了新型科技研发组织网络能力的3个维度和资源整合的3个阶段,构建了网络能力、资源整合对新型科技研发组织创新能力的作用机理模型,详细分析了新型科技研发组织早期阶段的成员选择,快速发展阶段资源共享、组织学习以及成熟稳定阶段突破性创新、心理契约等中间变量的作用过程,并通过台湾工业技术研究院的案例研究佐证了这一过程。
