绝经后女性非酒精性脂肪肝脂代谢紊乱与骨质疏松的相关性

摘要：

目的分析绝经后女性非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者脂代谢紊乱对骨质疏松(OP)的发病风险。方法391例女性NAFLD患者分为绝经组(230例)、未绝经组(161例),采用骨密度仪Sahara测定骨密度(BMD),分析绝经年龄、年限、体质量指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等与骨质疏松的发病风险。结果绝经组OP患病比例为9.18%,未绝经组为3.98%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);线性回归及逻辑回归分析绝经组随绝经年龄、年限的增加OP患病增高(P<0.05);BMI与OP患病呈负相关(P<0.05);TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C与BMD相关(P>0.05)。结论绝经后女性非酒精性脂肪肝患者脂代谢紊乱是OP发生的主要风险因素,控制血脂对绝经后女性非酒精性脂肪肝患者预防OP有一定意义。
