摘要
本文探寻我国高校学生就业网站知识共享意愿的关键影响因子。首先,在已有理论和文献支持的基础上,我们从内在动机(助人为乐、自我价值感知)和成本(易用预期、知识权利丧失)两个方面出发,构建影响显性和隐性知识共享意愿的结构模型。然后,根据已有的文献进行量表设计,并利用量表在线搜集了258份样本数据。最后,利用PLS(Partial Least Squares)方法对数据进行分析,发现自我价值感知不仅是显性知识共享意愿的关键因子,也是隐性知识共享意愿的关键因子。
