摘要：

<正> 乳糜腹水是胸导管、腹腔淋巴管及其分枝受压、阻塞或外伤后乳糜溢入腹腔造成的一种临床表现。它是由Motton在1691年首次提出的。迄今为止,乳糜腹水在世界范围内报告甚少。虽然大部分病因已明确,但少数病例仍不明病因,且该病的诊断和治疗仍无较大进展。
