摘要：

应用125I标记CA-50的单克隆抗体（C-50）,并将C-50包被到国产聚苯乙烯塑料珠上成为固相抗体,建立模式夹心的免疫放射分析法。此方法灵敏度高,可以测到10u/ml以下的血清CA-50。33例正常人血清CA-50为6.41±6.6u/ml。258例恶性肿瘤和51例良性疾病患者血清CA-50分别为94.6±104.5u/ml和11.5.±4u/ml。以20u/ml为阳性界限,恶性肿瘤阳性率为73.3％。CA-50对于胰腺、肝、肺、直肠及卵巢肿瘤的诊断有较高价值,对鉴别某些疾病的良、恶性也是一个有用的指标。
