摘要：

<正>心力衰竭(心衰)是指心脏结构和功能异常引起心室充盈和射血功能受损的一组复杂临床综合征。主要表现为呼吸困难、乏力和体液潴留。尽管射血分数不同的患者,再住院率、出院后近期死亡率并无明显相关差异,然而,射血分数与心衰患者的临床特点、治疗反应及合并情况相关。同时,临床试验也依据射血分数值来筛选入组对象。因此,国内外的最新指南都根据射血分数水平将心衰分为2大
