企业技术能力:一个新的概念界定与测量模型

摘要：

纵观企业技术能力的研究历程,其概念界定可概括为三大学派:过程学派、资源学派和战略学派。不同的学派从不同的视角揭示了企业技术能力的特征和内涵,但又有其局限性。在对企业技术能力进行回顾的基础上,首次用"概率"对企业技术能力进行了全新的概念界定,并给出其测量模型,为主观测度企业技术能力提供了一个新的工具。
