慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁非药物干预研究进展

摘要：

综述了慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的现状,总结了慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁的非药物干预方法 :认知行为疗法、正念疗法、运动干预、音乐疗法干预、应对效能训练、家庭干预、综合干预。提出未来可通过扩大样本量、规范研究设计,干预后进行深入访谈、对干预效果随访评估等,以进一步补充和完善干预措施。
